I found my dive location. I have spoken to the owner of the resort on Quoin Island, which is not used as a resort, and said he would have us ferried over to the Island and I have private use of his 7ft pool and the pier to do the diving off. The big plus is the owner has created a Turtle rehabilitation retreat dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of Central Queensland's ill and injured marine turtles, they are the only dedicated facility in the Gladstone region.
